 Terms & Conditions Agreement for Uploading an Animal

In this document, the guardian(s) or uploader(s) will be referred to as the I or You, and Leaf Animals will be referred to as Us or We or Leaf Animals or the Website.

1. No Refund Policy

  • All consultation bookings are final. We do not offer refunds for consultations once they are purchased. Please ensure you have selected the appropriate consultation service before completing your payment.

2. No-Show and Cancellation Policy

  • If you fail to show up for your scheduled consultation without providing prior notice, your consultation will be considered as canceled. In such instances, you will need to re-purchase a consultation should you wish to reschedule. You can re-book via this link: Book a Consultation

  • Kindly email us or message us on one of our social media pages to get the schedule link where you will choose your time slot. 

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you cannot attend your scheduled consultation, please inform us at least 10 hours in advance to avoid cancellation.

3. Golden Tails Subscription Plan

  • If your consultation is part of the Golden Tails Subscription Plan, special conditions apply:

    • You are allowed a grace period of 15 minutes from the start time of your consultation. If you do not join the consultation within this time frame, your consultation will be considered as canceled.

    • Post the 15-minute grace period, to reschedule your consultation, you will be required to purchase a new consultation session. You can re-book it via this link: Book a Consultation

    • Kindly email us or text our adoption coordinator to get the schedule link where you will choose your time slot.

4. Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule your consultation, please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

6. Modifications to Terms
