Refund Policy for Uploading an Animal
Thank you for choosing Leaf Animals. We appreciate the trust you place in us. Please read this policy carefully. It will help you understand our practices regarding refunds.

1. General Refund Policy
Given the nature of our services, we typically do not offer refunds after a service has been rendered. However, there are some exceptions, as detailed below.
2. Overpayment or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error or have paid an additional amount by mistake, please contact our customer support immediately. In such cases, we will fully refund the wrongly charged amount to your original payment method. Refund requests due to overpayment or incorrect charges must be made within seven (7) days of the transaction.
3. Dog Adoption Service
We understand that circumstances can change. If you have paid for the dog adoption service and have not yet received the adoption workshop video, you may request the partial refund of 350 EGP. No refunds will be provided once the workshop video has been delivered.
The refund process will start once the applicant asks for it.
No refunds after 30 days from the day of the interview.
4. Cat Adoption Service
All fees related to the cat adoption service are non-refundable, irrespective of the stage of the adoption process.
5. Animal Uploading Service
Once payment has been made online for uploading an animal on our website, refunds cannot be provided. This is due to the processing fees charged by our payment gateway, STRIPE, for both payments and refunds. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
6. Processing Refunds
All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days. If you have not received the refund after this period, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact our customer support for assistance.
7. Changes to this Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page. It is advised to review this Refund Policy periodically for any changes.
