There is absolutely nothing more that Lulu loves than getting her belly rubbed and getting affection and attention. She will give you her belly if she trusts you, that is her signature move. She has a big heart and she wants to spread as much love to as many people as possible. She is easy going, loves basking in the sun and going on walks. She gets outside and inside time. She loves her chicken and loves when we play enrichment dinner where I scatter dry food around for her to search for. She also loves snacking and trying different foods with me. She is very smart and adaptable and would be able to train and learn whatever is important in your house.
I took Loza in when I found out she had cancer, she handled it like a champ through chemotherapy and surgery and now she is doing great! She has some food aggression as a Baladi who grew up on the streets so be sure that you are able to deal with that. She barks at other Baladi on walks but is fine with domesticated dogs, if you have a dog and you’re interested in adopting her we can set up a play date to test the waters. Lulu loves going potty in the garden and I accidentally trained her to pee in the litter box.
She loves going on walks and can keep going for a long time. She loves her bed and generally wants to play, she’s tried to get to know my cats but they are scared of her as her body language is different and my diabetic senior cat does not like her he has tried to attack her but she’s always been the bigger person and does not respond to his aggression. The reason I am rehoming her is because my cat is needing extra attention as he’s not feeling great at the moment and I want to make sure I can give him the best quality of life for whatever remaining time he has. At the same time Loza deserves to have the care she deserves as she just wants to be close and share her love, I am also not used to dogs I took her in as she had cancer but now that she is all better she would likely benefit more from living with someone who understands dogs better than I do.
