Meet Gamila 🐾
Gamila is a sweet senior German Shepherd (around 8/9 years) who hasn’t had the easiest start, but she’s come a long way. When she was rescued, she had several untreated tumors and had clearly gone without proper care for quite some time. Since then, she’s received the medical attention she needed and is now much more comfortable and cared for.
The good news is that her tumors are benign, and she’s doing well. She will need another surgery in two months from now (May 2026), but overall she’s in good spirits and enjoying a much more comfortable life.
Gamila is great with other dogs, well-trained, and very easy to be around. She’s the kind of companion who’s happy to relax by your side and just enjoy quiet moments together.
Because she’s a senior, she’s often overlooked—but she still has so much love to give. She’d do best in a home where she can feel safe, cared for, and part of the family.
