The case title is the main thing your animal needs. This is what we are helping you fundraise for.

Please specify type of medicine and perferably name, duration of treatment and price

Surgery

Please specify vet name, type of surgery and price

Physical Rehabilitation

Please specify medical centre, type of rehabilitation, duration of treatment and price

Travel Preparations (flights, tests, local transportation)

Please specify type, time limit and price of ticket and destination

Boarding/Housing Facility

Please specify place, price per night and duration

Medical Equipment (e.g. wheelchair)

Please specify type and price

Donation Amounts (regular update needed)

This is the most important section. You will have to regularly come back to edit and update the amount you collected

Upload at least 3/4 pictures of the animal. Try to hide anything graphic like open wounds etc. Adding recipets in the pictures can make the profile seem honest and transparent which would entice people to donate

I understand that using this service does not guarantee my animal will receive donations.

I understand that Leaf Animals does not receive any percentage or commission when someone donates to my animal.

I understand that there is no way for Leaf Animals to know or find out who donated for my animal or how much of a monetary donation someone has transferred for my animal unless you or the sponsor shares it with us.

I certify that everything I mentioned on the animal’s profile is factual and true.

I understand that my animal’s profile will be visible on the website after it is approved

I understand that leaf animals is not responsible for reminding me to keep the profile updated

I understand that Leaf Animals is not responsible for the donations or lack there of that my animal receives
