Khoukha was rescued when she was a 3 weeks old puppy from an abusive group of children who had her dragged by the neck with a rope, she was terrified and shaking, however from day 2, she gained confidence and her vibrant character shined through.
She was raised in a villa with a big garden that belongs to the company where I work, where me and a few other colleagues cared for her closely. She was raised with another rescue dog. I’m sadly having to let her go as the villa will soon not be available and I unfortunately do not have the space to keep her.
Her core characteristics are that she is very smart, loyal, expressive (which is always funny), and highly protective. Truly one of a kind.
She does not tolerate cats or birds (dreams 24/7 of catching one), and is selective when it comes to dogs.
She is mostly friendly and cuddly around people, however, as she tends to be protective, she is very selective when it comes to men (specifically blue collar) and women who are wearing overwhelmingly loose clothing.
She likes all kinds of food except for salads, her regular food is potatoes, carrots, rice, and chicken/meat.
She likes having company, hugs and going outdoors, she doesn’t like being alone and left out.
Trained to sit, handshake, and gives the most heartfelt actual hugs.
She is ok with people coming near her food or toys, however, does not like sharing with other dogs.
Vet visits usually go smoothly as she tends to shrink, freeze and comply when she feels her owner insists on holding her down.
She will need to be trained to wear a leash as she is a bit of a free soul.Slow to warm up to strangers
