Dahab is a chill and friendly doggie who is incredibly gentle and trusting. He adores being around people, not in a demanding way. He’s the kind of dog who simply wants to be near you, calmly following you from room to room or resting close by while you sit.

He enjoys playtime and loves water splashes and swimming, but he’s not overly energetic. A good mix of fun and peaceful companionship. We believe Dahab would thrive in a loving home where he can feel safe, cherished, and never left behind again. A spacious home would be ideal for him, and he wouldn't mind living with another dog.

Dahab was recently diagnosed with hip dysplasia and a cardiac condition, both of which will need medical follow-up. Thankfully, neither is life-threatening, and with the right care, good diet, and regular monitoring, he can continue to lead and enjoy a happy, comfortable life.

He has also sadly been through two adoption returns, which we can only imagine must have been quite confusing and unsettling for him.

For this reason, we ask any potential adopter to be 100% sure they are ready to give Dahab the time, medical care, patience, attention and LOVE he deserves. We truly believe that, with stability and care, he just needs the chance to feel safe again and let his wonderful spark and amazing personality shine back.
