Ollie is an 8-year-old senior domestic boy with a serene nature - he’s a very gentle companion who loves being cuddled, lap sleeps, brushed and has a penetrating gaze. DIET: After the dental scaling on 27/8, he finds dry food difficult to chew, so he currently has to eat wet food. Mixing it with dry food is also a good idea. Dry food can be introduced eventually after healing occurs.
He needs to go on a senior/neutered diet that is energy rich, but gentle on his teeth and digestion.
Since Ollie is 8 years old and needs to gain healthy weight, the food preferably prescribed by the doctor are both Royal Canin senior and Purina Pro Plan senior as high-quality choices. Other more affordable, yet good brand options include Virbac senior neutered, Virbac adult neutered, Josera senior, Brit Care senior, Reflex Plus senior, Mio sterilized, Happy Cat Minkas sterilised, Purina Cat Chow sterilised.
