He’s also very clean and well-groomed, always taking care of himself like the little gentleman he is ✨
Lucy is deaf, but he’s adapted beautifully and understands the world through routines and visual cues. He also has diabetes, so he’ll need a loving home that can keep up with his simple feeding schedule. Luckily, he’s not picky at all and happily eats any food that suits his condition.
