Batates is a bit of a shy dog. But as she learns to trust everyone and the environment around her; she turns into the sweetest and friendliest dog ever.

She enjoys being spoiled and cuddled and is not highly energetic or active. She is more into chilling and relaxing. Her love language is just calmly staring and admiring right through the soul of her favourite person.

Batates is the definition of calm and tranquil. She would be a perfect match for a peaceful home, one that’s looking for less energy or activity, and more love and presence. :)

She asks for so little: a gentle pat or cuddle, a cozy spot to nap, and someone to quietly share her days with.

She is spayed and fully vaccinated.

Batates is currently under the care of a boarding facility and we get to visit her often, she looks happy and healthy, but because of her rough past, we want to find her a loving and caring home that will provide her with unconditional love and care.

She had treatment for mange initially that lasted over 6 months,
then had a challenging spay/abortion procedure,
later, she survived a car accident that caused her a leg fracture. She developed a mild, intermittent limp, but her general activities (walkies, running, jumping, and all), are thankfully unaffected.
