Paws Planet makes sure to have well-socialised dogs so that the environment remains safe and dogs can happily play. As a new client, it is important to take your dog for a meet and greet before boarding. They organise the dogs in groups according to size, temperament and sterilisation status.

 

Dogs are fed individually and attention is given to their appetite and eating habits throughout their stay. The dogs are given the freedom to choose where they’d like to hang out and sleep in the house. There is a designated area for animals should they need their own quiet space.

 

Two of Paws Planet staff members are available 24/7 and there are two assistants that help during shifts. Clients are updated via whatsapp, phone calls and other social media throughout their animal’s stay.
