This black beauty had a hard start in his short life. His momma had him and other siblings but a person who lived on their street was annoyed by the many puppies. He started grabbing them and giving them away to any kids passing by and would hit the mom with bricks when she tried to defend her puppies and take them. Kind kids took Noireau and his sister to a boarding facility where we have been taking care of for the past year and a half.
