Dell was found roaming the streets with skin infection on her neck, so hungry and thirsty, she stayed at the vet for a while till she was better, then she was spayed, she's living now at the vet, she got Adopted once, but they gave her back to me three weeks after adoption, because she had ear mites!! And they didn't want to pay for her vet bills to treat the earites!!
She needs a good responsibility family to take care of her, also there's an adoption fee that's needs to be paid as to show some commitment from new adopters.
