This black beauty had a hard start in her short life. Her momma had her and other siblings but a person who lived on their street was annoyed by the many puppies. He started grabbing them and giving them away to any kids passing by and would hit the mom with bricks when she tried to defend her puppies and take them. Kind kids took Noirette and her brother to a boarding facility where they have been taken care of since the past year and a half.
